I omitted some statements in the last paragraph about people going to the Ledges at night to smoke marijuana and drink alcohol, and rephrased other parts of the paragraph. This should correct the "inappropriate tone" problem, so I removed the tag. I lived about a mile away from this park for several years, so I know the vast majority of the people go to the Ledges to hike, not to cause trouble. If the information about illegal activities at the Ledges is valid, then some kind of source needs to be cited, maybe drug arrest records and statistics or something like that.
