Also, notice that the very first version of this entry is far far superior to the current, much edited entry. It's not supposed to go in that direction.

That link to that book has been redirected, for whatever reason, to an article on religious non-conformism. I know the basics of wiki editing, but not enough to fix that. So, if you know how and have a sec . . .
