[edit] Pronounciation
I'm pretty sure that nuh-LEE-uh is a closer pronounciation than nuh-LEI-uh. She never pronounced the second syllable like the Hawaiian neck decoration or like the word lay. On her morning show, the syllable was always prononced "lee."

[edit] Ogden, Utah category
I've included this article in Category:People from Ogden, Utah, but it was removed and the edit summary said "no evidence she's from Ogden". The category defn says people from Davis County, Utah are categorized in that category. Dennis was born in Layton, Utah, which is in Davis County. Furthermore, the article says she attended Weber State University, which is in Ogden, so she has lived there. See also redirect for Category:People from Davis County, Utah. - Just because she attended Weber State University doesn't mean that she lived in Ogden. Davis County is adjacent to Weber County, so she probably lived at home, in Layton, and attended WSU. — Val42 (talk) 02:57, 11 December 2007 (UTC)
- Did you read my entire comment above? Specifically—"The category defn says people from Davis County, Utah are categorized in that category. Dennis was born in Layton, Utah, which is in Davis County." I don't see what the issue is, unless you are just nit-picking at a comment. If so, jolly good and I stand corrected. - The reason that I interpreted you as saying that she lived in Ogden was because of the word "there" in the last sentence. After you clarifyied that this isn't what you meant, I see that "there" could mean "Layton". I also checked out the Category:People from Davis County, Utah and found out that it is totally wrong in its comment. I left a comment there and am in the process of correcting what I can. I apologize for my misunderstanding of your comment. — Val42 (talk) 01:11, 13 December 2007 (UTC)
- That's OK, it sounds like the Ogden category was defined too broadly, so it should be fixed. Frankly, I didn't know it was, I was just applying the category as it was written. Snocrates 02:47, 13 December 2007 (UTC)
