One of the landmarks of Tirunelveli Town centre, surrounding the Nellaiappar Temple Complex. Tirunelveli's thoroughfare, S.N High Road, terminates shortly after crossing this arch. The arch plays a strong political role, supporting banners of all sorts of Political rallies as seen in this image, with banners of the Chief Minister and the Mayor of Chennai.
