That they are NELA members can be deduced from the "National Electric Light Association Bulletin of 1911", which lists:

  • President - W. W. Freeman (Brooklyn, NY)
  • Second Vice President - Frank M. Tait (Dayton, OH)
  • Executive Committee - Frank W. Frueauff (New York, NY), John F. Gilchrist (Chicago,IL)
  • Progress Committee Chairman - T. Commeford. Martin (New York, NY)
