Accomplishments
In 1981, Mr. Kadisha co-founded GNC Industries/Stadco [1], a high precision aerospace tooling and aircraft component manufacturer, where he is active as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Kadisha serves on the board of several other privately held companies.
Mr. Kadisha co-founded Omninet Corp, where he served as Chief Executive Officer. Omninet [2] subsequently joined forces with Qualcomm in 1988 to expand the boundaries of wireless communications to unfathomable heights. Mr. Kadisha served on the board of directors of Qualcomm [3]for a period of 14 years from 1988 to 2002 revolutionizing the communications age forever. Qualcomm is the leader in communications technology. Mr. Kadisha co-founded Omninet Capital, LLC and is currently a Managing Partner. Over the last 20 years, Omninet, a diversified investment firm with focuses in the fields of wireless communication, private equity and real estate, has developed projects in Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix and Las Vegas. Most recently, he completed construction of a 45 floor high-rise luxury condominium, named Sky Las Vegas [4] on Las Vegas Boulevard.
Organizations
Mr. Neil Kadisha is serving on the Board of Directors of several non-profit charitable organizations, which focus on the future of the community, youth development and the care of the elderly.
Neil is an avid philanthropic supporter of many local and international organizations donating millions of dollars to many worthy causes over the past two decades.

Neil Kadisha: Executive Producer--The Accidental Husband is a romantic comedy starring Uma Thurman and Jeffrey Dean Morgan. It also stars Colin Firth, Isabella Rossellini and Sam Shepard, directed by Griffin Dunne. The film is written by Mimi Hare and Clare Naylor and Bonnie Sikowitz, and is produced by Jennifer Todd, Jason Blum, and Uma Thurman. It was released in the UK on 29th February, 2008.

In May 19, 2008's addition of Los Angeles Business Journal, Neil Kadisha ranked #43 of Los Angeles's wealthiest residents up from last years #45 place.
