Neil Breslin

Neil Breslin (born 1942 June 9), is a member of the New York State Senate. A Democrat, he represents Albany, New York. His district follows the Albany County boundaries exactly.
Breslin had been a vocal supporter of former Governor Eliot Spitzer's proposal to allow illegal immigrants to obtain New York State driver's licenses.[citation needed]
