Neftalí Cruz

Neftalí Cruz is a baseball scout from the Dominican Republic. He had signed several Major Leagues players for the Pittsburgh Pirates, including Tony Peña, Cecilio Guante, Felix Fermin, Miguel Diloné, Rafael Belliard, and Pascual Pérez.
