Edit: Richard Burton was from Pontrhydyfen , which is a village outside of Port Talbot, not Neath. Edit:Surely if Pontrhydyfen is outside Port talbot then it is also outside Neath,perhaps it would be better described as between the two towns although nowadays they are known as, the borough of Neath and Port Talbot.I come from Briton Ferry,Which is also Between the two towns.
