Neath Hospital was a hospital located in Briton Ferry, Port Talbot until its demolition in 2002. The Neath Port Talbot Hospital is its successor. On the hospital's land now there is a Redrow Homes site.
Facilities at the hospital included an accident and emergency unit and a maternity ward.
