Near North Montessori School was founded in 1963.^[1] It is located on 1434 W. Division St. in Chicago, IL. It is a Montessori school which is based on the principles of Dr. Maria Montessori. The Executive Director is Jaqueline Bergen. The Upper School Director is Rita Nolan and the Lower School Director is Audrey Perrot. The school has a library (The librarian is Maureen Peifer), Science Lab (The lab teacher is Janeen Cohen) and a Computer Lab (The computer Teachers are Gregg Sparks, Michael Lawler and Gabe Ginex)^[2]
