Neal Ainley

Neal Ainley is a former Perry County Bank president (1989-1994).

Neal Ainley entered into a guilty plea to two misdemeanor counts of concealing cash payments to President Bill Clinton's 1990 gubernatorial campaign. On January 18, 1996, he lent Governor Clinton $180,000 for his 1990 gubernatorial race. He embezzled the bank funds for Clinton's campaign and was sentenced to two years probation.
