NCIC Operator Services (NCIC) owns and operates the largest privately held operator services and directory assistance call center in the United States. As of April 2006, the company served a total of over 1 million payphones and inmate telephones and is certified in all US states and Canada. Headquartered in Longview, Texas, NCIC processes over 50,000 calls per day.
