NCB Capital Impact, formerly known as NCB Development Corporation, is the non-profit affiliate of NCB. NCB Capital Impact provides financial services and technical assistance to U.S. organizations serving primarily low- to moderate-income communities. Areas of focus include affordable cooperative housing, health care, assisted living/long-term care, and charter schools.
