yeah, thanks. though, i somewhat think against such a concept of mandatory recognition in a open project like wikipedia. identity has the tendency to corrupt.

Well, editors can check using the edit history anyway, so there's not much point in fighting it. In fact, users will often mark an unsigned post as being from an IP/user (as I did in the case of the AfD on Pure Pwnage. It's not like people can learn anything from your user, unless you let them.
