I am The Nayl. I took the name Nayl from Dan Abnett's Eisenhorn trilogy and the character Harlon Nayl. Originally the name Nayl was going to be the name of the main character in a book I was writing, however the book died as I as unable to decide in which direction I wasted it to go, fantasy or fact (though fantasy would have played a role in a more factual story). Since then, Nayl has become my online name, despite people having trouble spelling it (I get Naly and Nay all the time). I am currently doing a BA Journalism course at the University of Northampton.

- Warhammer 40,000 - I am a collector of a Chaos Space Marine army and I am an fanatical reader of Dan Abnett's Gaunt's Ghosts series and his Eisenhorn Trilogy.
- Computers - I love computers. I am quite an easily worked up and tense guy but stick a broken, open, computer in front of me and I calm right down. I'm interested primarily in the hardware of computers and I have little knowledge beyond an average pc user of software. I cannot code, mailmerge or get microsoft antispyware to disappear from my system tray (I uninstalled that mother f**ker), but if you want to upgrade your pc or want help with the hardware then I'm your man. I'm also interested in retro gaming and old computers such as the Amiga series, the ZX Spectrum and Commodore 64.
- Music - I like metal. Mainly Doom and Death Metal but I am also a fan of Thrash, Black Metal and Goth Metal. Metal is music with meaning.
- Cheese - I. Love. Cheese.
- Apples - I. Love. Apples.
- Guitars - I can play the Bass Guitar fairly competently and I can play the Bond theme tune on my acoustic :P
