Does anyone know when this case might be resolved so that Naxos' music can be available in the US again?

On the other hand, their selection of classical repertoire is very broad - perhaps the broadest of any existing label[citation needed] - including fringe repertoire such as the Symphonies of Nikolai Myaskovsky, much of contemporary classical music, and pieces by Johann Pachelbel other than his famous Canon in D.

This seems like a badly written passage - too colloquial, and the examples given seem to be arbitrarily chosen.

Not all Naxos offerings are budget, and in the latest catalogue the company president scolds those who would consider Naxos a mere "budget" label. The Arthaus DVDs, for example, are priced woefully high. I have changed the article accordingly. CRCulver 00:24, 23 April 2006 (UTC)

• There are bad connotations of 'budget label' but the fact is, the Naxos CD range cost $8.99 each or £5.99 in the UK, which puts them safely in the 'budget range' by all definitions that I have seen.
