I think the link to Google maps is superfluous here. All kind of aerial, satellite photos and maps is already here. Just click on geographic coordinates link in infobox: 40°02′00″N, 074°21′12″W

[edit] Latitude

Latitude is wrong. 40º N, NOT 48ºN

[edit] Hangar 1

When I was at Lakehurst NATF in the late 1970s, Hangar one had a mock carrier deck [2] for Aviation Boatswain's mates. Lighter than air service stopped in the late 1950s.

The Navy officially announced the end of its LTA program on June 26, 1961, and the final flight of a Navy airship took place at NAS Lakehurst on Aug. 31, 1962. --Bob McArthur (talk) 14:47, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
