Navalpakkam is is a small village located in Vandavasi taluk of Tamil Nadu. It is famous for its Srinivasa Perumal temple. This temple has wall paintings written in a cryptic language. Attempts to decrypt the language have failed.
This village is also known for its numerous Sanskrit scholars.
