This blocked user is the operator of one or more abusive or block/ban-evading sock puppets. This is contrary to Wikipedia policy: the use of abusive sock puppets is prohibited, and the use of sock puppets to evade bans will result in the ban being reset, and may further lengthen it.

As Checkuser evidence proves that Nationalist is the sockmaster of User:TingMing, the ban imposed by ArbCom at Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/TingMing applies to Nationalist and all of his other sockpuppets as well. This ban will start if the current indefinite block is ever lifted.
