Recall Policy

1. A statement, no longer than 500 words, must be made addressing the issue or conflict in which any misuse of sysop tools by Nat.
2. Recall voting requirements are as follows:
   1. There will be a net total of 15 registered users in favour of the motion for a recall to occur.
   2. Of the 15, there must be at least 2 ArbComm members.
   3. Of the 15, there must be at least 2 bureaucrats
      1. The 2 bureaucrats cannot be ArbComm members.
   4. Of the 15, there must be 4 sysops
      1. The 4 sysops cannot be bureaucrats or ArbComm members.
   5. Of the 15, there must be 2 UofT students from the faculty of Arts and Science.
      1. The two UofT student must answer the following questions:
         1. What course is HIS109Y1? What is the 2007-2008 prof's name? In what country did he study in?
         2. What course is EUR200Y1? What is the 2007-2008 prof's name? What is his country of origin?
         3. What offices are located next Convocation?
   6. To be eligible to vote on a request for recall, a user must have:
      1. over 2000 total edits
      2. over 500 wikipedia namespace edits
      3. registered an username at least 6 months ago with at least 3 months of active participation on Wikipedia
3. Voting ends 5 days after initiation.
