Much of the language reads like it was written my NIPR staff, e.g. "Our programs and publications intend to remedy these shortcomings."

The first eight edits are by a "Mmeaney" and the article says "NIPR was founded by Dr. Mark E. Meaney".

I would like to see this article rewritten per Wiki:NPOV, in terms of both tone and authorship. Josephgrossberg 00:16, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
