Does this fit the definition of a "holiday" ? It seems that the holiday category should only include things that a large number of people regularly celebrate. There are hundreds of "National X Days" and I don't think most people would call those "holidays". (I have nothing against catfish, however, they are quite good!) Jpp42 23:06, 23 April 2007 (UTC)

...or only the part about tying up members of Congress and forcing them to watch Bedtime for Bonzo (which would violate the US Constitutional prohibition against cruel and unusual punishment).
