[edit] Looks like an Advertisement

I've placed a Template:Advertisement in this article because by my view, it is written like an advertisement. A good Wikipedia article should commentate on what organizations do, and to let the readers decide their own opinions. Additionally some parts should be written from a neutral point of view.
