Anyone interested in helping to expand this article can find virtually everything there is to know about Pritikin at UCLA's site of archived documents: Nathan Pritikin papers - Online Archive California. It's a bit tricky to figure out how to use it. There are link selections on the left hand side that bring up various classifications of papers. [edit] Deserving of an article
Nathan Pritikin's profound influence on nutritional practices and scientific study of nutrition and heart diesase is extremely well documented and continues beyond his death. He truly is deserving of a comprehensive biographical article on wikipedia. Unfortunately, I don't know much about him and only today learned that he was not a physician. It is my hope that people who are familiar with his history will contribute to this article. Thank you. OccamzRazor 01:41, 11 November 2007 (UTC)
