Nature of the Threat is a song by Hip-Hop artist Ras Kass, which appeared as the fifth track on his debut album Soul on Ice.[1]
Despite not being released as a single, the song garnered much notoriety on the underground hip-hop scene for its blunt and shocking lyrics that dealt with controversial issues such as religion, homosexuality, racial inferiority, and the origin of Western civilization. As a result of such views, Ras Kass was heavily criticised from certain sections of his fanbase.
