The Parliamentary Library of Ukraine (Ukrainian: Бібліотека Верховної Ради України, translit.: Biblioteka Verkhovnoi Rady Ukrainy) is one of the largest libraries of Ukraine, located on 1, Mykhaila Hrushevs'koho Street on the European Square in the center of Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. It was built in 1911, by the architects Z. Kliave and A. Krivosheyev as the city's public library.

During the library's 140 years of existence, it has collected over 4 million items in its collection started out as a private collection, containing 319 books and 43 sets of periodicals. During the 50 years of its existence, it has collected a large collection of early prints, rare and valuable books.

During the Second World War, the library suffered serious damgage. More than 50,000 publications were taken out from its stock. The library building was set on fire by retreating Nazi troops in November of 1943, and during only one night of burning, the library lost more than 300,000 editions including 7,000 manuscripts and rare books, pre-revolutionary periodicals sets.

Since 1944, the library collection was rebuilt anew.
