National Highway 16 or NH 16 connects Nizamabad in Andhra Pradesh and Jagdalpur in Chhattisgarh.

- The highway passes through Armoor, Mortad, Metpalli, Koratla, Jagtial, Yelgonda, Lakshettipet, Mancherial, Jaipuram and Chinnur in Andhra Pradesh, Sironcha, Kopela and Pathagudam in Maharashtra and Bhopalpatnam, Madded, Bijapur, Nimed, Bhairamgarh, Varetumnar, Gidam and Bagmundi in Chhattisgarh.[1]
- The highway crosses National Highway 7 at Armoor.
- National Highway 202 (India) joins this highway at Bhopalpatnam.
