National Firearms Museum

The National Firearms Museum is a weapons museum, located at 11250 Waples Mill Road, Fairfax, Virginia. The museum was originally located in Washington, D.C., but opened its new facility in December 2003. [1] The museum is owned and operated by the National Rifle Association, and the museum's mission is to pro­mote gun col­lect­ing, and the pre­serv­a­tion of the her­it­age of fire­arms.

The museum's collections include guns, rifles, muskets, pistols and cannons manufactured by Beretta, Browning Arms Company, Colt's Manufacturing Company, Marlin Firearms, Remington Arms, Ruger, Savage Arms and Winchester Repeating Arms Company.
