Nathanael Carpenter (1588/9?—1628) was an English author and geographer.

Carpenter’s works included Philosophia libera triplici exercitationum decade proposita (1621), Achitophel: or The Picture of a Wicked Politician (1627), Geography Delineated Forth in Two Bookes (1625), and Chorazin and Bethsaida's woe, or warning-peece (1633).
