Natalia Molchanova

Natalia Molchanova (Russian: Молчанова Наталья Вадимовна), born 8 May 1962, Ufa, Russia is a Russian Free-diver and is current president of the Russian federation of freediving.
Natalia is the first and only female who have made a constant dive through the arch in the Blue Hole in Dahab, Egypt.

Molchanova is the female world record holder[1] for Free Diving in the following events:

• Static Apnea: 8 minutes.

• Dynamic Apnea: 205 meters.

• Dynamic Apnea (without fins): 149 meters.
