The Black Horse, Shield Device and Colour Green trade marks are used by ANZ National Bank Ltd. under licence from Lloyds TSB Bank for seven years, following the acquisition of The National Bank of New Zealand Ltd. by the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd. in 2003
