Nashville Sounds

Portion used

The amount used does not make the work as a whole less valuable to the copyright holder.

Low resolution?

The logo is a size and resolution sufficient to maintain image quality and clarity, without being unnecessarily high resolution.

Purpose of use

Used to illustrate two signifigant players from the team during the early 1980s. They went on to the major leagues, and in 1985, were named (respectivly) the American League and National League MVPs. This made the Nashville Sounds the first team to have both MVPs play on the same team during the same season. The image adds significantly to the article by showing a major part of the franchise's affiliation with the New York Yankees.

Replaceable?

An attempt has been made to locate a free equivalent of the image of these two men during the same time period. As such an image can not be found, it is claimed under fair-use on the Wikipedia website for educational and noncommercial purposes.
