Famous band, lots to create, I've posted a link on their page to direct people here to add to the article. --PopUpPirate 02:00, 11 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Extreme metal

Though not quite death metal, the band is not grindcore, even if Narcosis choose to label themselves as such. And since I believe most fans would reject the deathgrind label, I feel extreme metal to be most fitting and neutral. 68.47.21.60 08:37, 26 June 2006 (UTC)

General consensus (especially away from the wiki) is that they are indeed grindcore. Not to get anal about it! --PopUpPirate 22:00, 26 June 2006 (UTC)
Not long ago, many also believed Slipknot were a death metal band. Bottom line: Narcosis' riffing and song structures are not in grindcore tradition. There's very little in common with Extreme Noise Terror, Napalm Death, Agathocles, Last Days of Humanity, Gut, etc. 68.47.21.60 03:20, 27 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Edits

I added a discography, two former members(unsure as all member information seems sketchy), members instruments, year of formation, removed a link that had very little content, and added one link. I added some {{fact}} tags in places. Does anyone have any citations for the genre(s)? When there is a genre dispute I think it's best just to find a reliable source and cite the genre(s). --Wildnox 21:39, 24 August 2006 (UTC)
