Naoki Hane (羽根直樹, Hane Naoki?, born August 14, 1976) is a professional Go player.

Naoki Hane is a professional Go player who plays for the Japanese Nihon Ki-in. He is the son of Go player Yasumasa Hane. Hane describes his style as slow while playing catch up at the end of the Go game.
