Nangal Thakran is a census town in North West district in the Indian state of Delhi.

As of 2001 India census[1], Nangal Thakran had a population of 3558. Males constitute 54% of the population and females 46%. Nangal Thakran has an average literacy rate of 72%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 80%, and female literacy is 63%. In Nangal Thakran, 14% of the population is under 6 years of age.
