Nancy MacKay (born 6 April 1929) is a Canadian athlete who competed mainly in the 100 metres.
She competed for Canada in the 1948 Summer Olympics held in London, United Kingdom in the 4 x 100 metres where she won the bronze medal with her team mates Viola Myers, Diane Foster and Patricia Jones.
