The Nambaroo (marsupialas;macropodoidas) is the ancestor of today's modern kangaroo. Unlike today's modern kangaroo the Nambaroo ran on four legs unlike the modern kangaroo that hops. They also found fossil remains that support the theory that Nambaroo could also climb trees.
