[edit] Cleanup
- I can not understand why they have included these un necessary data in this valuable encyclopedia. They could have include these things in their web site. --—Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.43.239.157 (talk)
- This article isn't much more than a list of alumni of the named school, most of whom can't be considered relevant; furthermore there are several formal problems (e.g. excessive use of titles and honorifics). Ananda College could be taken as an example of how to do it right. -- Krankman 11:35, 28 March 2007 (UTC) (copied from Wikipedia:cleanup by Rjgodoy)

- I have cut down the list to only blue links with one exception, moved sections around as well. Images were removed as the lack of other content to put them into context with made the article into advertising. --Lendorien 16:15, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Please give rationale when removing templates
- rv edits from 202.168.11.6 to last version by Rjgodoy - Reversion performed because no rationale was given and the article itself was not modified. Please see Wikipedia:Cleanup process and notability. -- Rjgodoy 11:17, 29 March 2007 (UTC)
- rv edits from 203.194.7.13 to last version by Rjgodoy. Again the same. Could anyone explain why? --Rjgodoy 13:59, 30 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Removing redlink lists
I am reverting edits done by User:203.194.12.46 to previous version. I had previously cut the list down to notable names, blue-links. Please see Wikipedia:List guideline for guidelines on this before reverting. Please also keep in mind that all names on the list are supposed to be properly sourced as well. --Lendorien 21:04, 8 May 2007 (UTC)
- Another revert. Some unsigned user keeps reverting to the redlink version, despite the fact that additional information has been added since the new versionw as created. --Lendorien 17:53, 12 May 2007 (UTC)
-
- Please, people, respect Wikipedia guidelines for notable personalities and for what an encyclopedic article is supposed to look like (see Lendorien's remarks above). What you are doing is not conducive to the development of Wikipedia into a reliable, serious source of information. In the end, with an article like that, Ananda College itself will become an object of ridicule. Thank you. Krankman 21:38, 15 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Nalanda Logo.jpg
Image:Nalanda Logo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
