This is a low-resolution (resized to 80% of original) and cropped version of an image of St. John in the Wilderness church in Nainital taken by SHoweMBOU and downloaded by me (Sanjay Tiwari 20:44, 5 October 2006 (UTC)) from the website [1] for fair use in the Wikipedia article on Nainital.

1. the image will be used only in the Wikipedia article Nainital to illustrate the historic churches in the town
2. Images of St. John in the Wilderness are not available in the public domain.
3. This image is being used purely for an educational purpose.
4. Since this is a low-resolution image (80% of original and cropped), it will not adversely affect the copyright owner's ability to market the original image.
