Nagar Lai

Professor Nagar Lai is an educator, and is Director of Overseas Division, South China University of Technology NC and visiting professor of numerous universities. He formed the Institute of Supply Chain Management [1] and the China Business Manager Association [2]. He was the head of the Principal Examiners Alliance, Cambridge University International Examiner Syndicate for China since 2003 and founding Vice President for the Hong Kong Continuing Education Development Alliance, in which nearly all the major business-related professional associations in Hong Kong are represented[3].
Professor Lai is an expert in e-commerce and writes books on extended enterprise, including customer relationship management, supply chain management, knowledge management and corporate university development. He has served as consultant for the Corporate University Association and built Corporate University for corporations [4]. Professor Lai holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Universidad Empresarial [5] and Doctor of Letters from St Clements University [6].
Professor Lai has contributed to charity through years of service to Western China, making extensive donations as well as forming an information technology teaching team from South China University of Technology for teachers in the remote villages in this area. [7]
He is a member of the South China University of Technology alumni organization, and works with many organizations including UCLA, University of Wales, St Clements University and Harvard Alumni.
