Naftohaz Ukrainy

NJSC Naftohaz Ukrainy or Naftogas of Ukraine (Ukrainian: Нафтогаз України, literally: Oil&Gas of Ukraine; Russian: НАК «Нафтогаз Украины») is the state company of Ukraine concerned with extraction, transportation, and refinement of natural gas and crude oil.

In 2005 the company became embroiled in a dispute over the natural gas prices with Russian state company Gazprom, which was ended on 4 January 2006.
