Nadezhda Frolenkova (born June 27, 1989 in Kharkov, Ukraine) is a Ukrainian ice dancer. She competes with Mikhail Kasalo. The two are three-season competitors on the Junior Grand Prix circuit, and won the bronze medal at the 2006 event in Romania. They placed ninth at the 2007 Winter Universiade.
