At LvL8 Leave Maple Island and to to victoria Island Talk to Magic Master At ellina Plus Ur 1 sp On energy bolt. LvL up ANd get 3sp ,keep plusing it until full,then plus mp improve. Once u get ur 2nd job advancement , ur skills should be like this

       magic claw20
       improve mp healing 10
       improve mp mastery(full)
       Magic guard(20)
       magic body 0
