Nabeel Chowdery

Nabeel was born to Pakistani parents settled in Manchester from Faisalabad, Pakistan in the late 1950's. Nabeel was ranked 562nd Richest person in UK in 2008 by the Sunday Times.^[1] . He now owns 11 main companies and overall about 36 subsidiaries with the main company being "Property Route"

His father was from a well known and respected background in Faisalabad. His father used to help his maternal uncle in a very famous store in Manchester known as "Chaudhry Hosiery" back in late 60's. Nabeel's father died when he was only 6 due to a stress related disease and kidney failure. He married Bano. They have two children.

After completing Bachelors he started helping his brother and soon got independent by working on individual home units. He learned the ins and outs of the business quickly . He starting entering into multiple projects with time and found quick success. He developed strong relationships with investors and banks. One of his main success was the successful identification of high profit potential projects.

With the boom in property value and taking his ventures into maturity Nabeel entered commercial market. This bought quick success thanks to the clever selection of projects and booming property market in UK and the world over. Nabeel has substantial investments in Dubai, London and America.

Employees have complained about the aggressive and rigid behaviour.

Nabeel is a family man and also enjoys sports and socialising with friends and family. He is sometimes seen in sports and film functions mostly with British Boxer Amir Khan. Nabeel also likes to work for noble causes.
