N. V. Krishna Warrier was an Indian poet and Scholar.
Warrier was well-versed in different languages. During Quit India movement, he published a daily called Swathanthra Bharatham (Free India). He was the editor of Mathrubhumi for a long time. Warrier was the founder director of Keral Bhasha Institute (1968). He was also the editor of Kumkumam group of publications for some time. His contributions to Malayalam language range from poems, articles, dramas, travelouge, attakathas, literary criticism etc.
