Subject: Re-recorded versions(?)
The article states that the songs 'Gravity's Rainbow', 'Atlantis to Interzone' and 'Four Horsemen of 2012' are re-recorded versions of songs from the Xan Valleys EP. However, having listened to that EP, I would say that the songs sound very similar - are they definitely re-recorded, or are they the same versions?
[edit] re-record
I'm pretty sure they're re-recorded. But they obviously didn't change much in the re-recording process did they?
- I'm not so sure about Gravity's Rainbow and 2012 BUT I would say it is pretty damn obvious that Atlantis To Interzone was a re-record, if you listen to the start of the song then you hear an electronic keyboard saying "DJ!" or something like that - and that never happened in the original version.
- Basically then if all the first songs were recorded at the same time, and one of them comes back once its on the album as re-recorded, then there's a good chance they re-did the others as well. (Don't see why though...the new Interzone has nothing on the old one...) --SteelersFan UK06 16:06, 20 April 2007 (UTC)

- The Gravity's Rainbow and 4 Horsemen re-records seemed incredibly obvious to me, I didn't really notice the Interzone one though... on closer listening I can tell though. -Ally 18:08, 24 April 2007 (UTC)
There are two versions? I have herd another version of Atlantis before, I thought it sounded a lot better than the album version. Is the other version a bootleg or another release of the album? AJUK Talk!! 18:03, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
