[edit] Controverse: "plant defense" vs. very healthy, anti-cancer
Nice to see that there is a "theory" about plant defence, but did anyone measure 'what where God's or Natures purposes' of these measured biochemical pathways? The healthy anti-carcinogenic IsoThioCynates(ITCs) need indeed Myrosinase to form from some types of vegetables.
