[edit] Your Gouldian Finch photos

Your Gouldian Finch photos are excellent, and it would be a great loss to the encyclopedia if they were deleted.

Would it be possible, please, to replace the words 'see licencing below' and 'free' with the words 'Public domain' (after 'Permission') on all of your Gouldian Finch photo pages. Thanks. This should ensure that the photos are saved. I am speaking from experience, because I received the same warning, with regard to some of my photos, as the warnings you have been receiving for your photos (following which I fixed the problem by putting 'Public domain for the re-use of my photos, without any further problems being encountered).

I am very worried that most of your Gouldian Finch photos are still being threatened with 'speedy deletion'.

The wording (after 'Permission' in the image information boxes' for 'reusing the image') of 'see below', 'free' and 'see licencing below', are unfortunately not enough to ensure their survival on Wikipedia.

Could you please replace your wording (of 'see below', 'free' and 'see licencing below') with 'GNU' (as you have already done with one of your photos) or with the words 'Public domain' on the rest of your photos. Thanks. This would ensure that all of your Gouldian Finch photos remain on Wikipedia.

Your photos are an excellent addition to Wikipedia and it would be a great loss if they were deleted.
