What is the proper ship prefix for this ship? The title of the article is SS Summit Venture but the article refers to it as the MV Summit Venture. --Metropolitan90 03:10, 3 August 2007 (UTC)

SS is used exclusively for steamships. MV stands for 'Motor Vessel' and is used for diesel-powered ships of which the Summit Venture is. The correct designation, therefore, is MV (or M/V) Summit Venture. Waterman65 02:38, 6 September 2007 (UTC)

Does a source exist to confirm this is the same vessel as the MV KS Harmony as stated in the article? If it's the same ship, then the article should be renamed to that, and the current material listed in the article for the history of the ship. --- Barek (talk • contribs) - 20:36, 15 February 2008 (UTC)
